Republican Senate Once Again Sends Message America is Not Worth Fighting For

Capitol Police Officer, Brian Sicknick was bludgeoned to death at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 during a riot incited by former president Donald J. Trump. The Republican Senate and House did not appreciate his life and did not believe his murder demanded accountability. They also did not believe our democracy  was worth fighting for, and they will forever be remembered in history as cowards who betrayed our country.

I can't say I'm disappointed because I knew the Republican Senate lacked the moral fortitude to do the right thing. The 57-43 vote was expected; actually it surprised me two more senators than I expected did the right thing. Five people lost their lives on January 6, to a malevolent, poor sport, and depraved Donald Trump who spewed false lies and cast doubt on election system to the detriment to our democracy.

The results spurned a riot resulting in murder on the sacred soil of our U.S. Capitol, which cost the lives of 5 people. Our democracy and our Constitution means nothing to these 43 senators to voted to acquit Donald Trump. Audio, video tape, and witnesses clearly beyond a reasonable doubt nailed Trump's incitement that led to the riot.

So there you have it. A new "Whackadoodle Republican Party that espouses murderers, insurrectionists, lies, rioting, election fraud, racists, that comes first over the will of the American people and our democracy. The in your face evidence in the Senate trail was undeniable. The Republican House and Senate have aided and abetted Trump's crimes from start to finish, and have been a willing participants in covering up his crimes.

Now it is on display for the whole world to see. Other nations are watching, and they are appalled and bewildered that America's democracy has been reduced to this. Trump's hard core base is delighted - so is Vladimir Putin.

But the Republican Senate might have shot themselves in the foot today. Come election time,  the 43 senators who acquitted Trump today may find out there are some Republicans who don't want to be branded as part of the wackadoodle, white nationalist party. They likely share their same beliefs, but they are not happy about sharing a far-right extremist brand. They prefer a more subtle stance.

History will remember the senators who acquitted Donald Trump, and don't expect for it to be kind. But then the Republican Party does not really care about that; they are a very much in "the now" type of party. They have no conscience and do whatever they want, but it's a whole different ball game when someone turns and do likewise.

Shame on the 43 Republican Senators who in the face of overwhelming evidence, turned their heads and violated their oath of office to protect our nation. I am calling on corporate America not to support their reelection efforts, as well as those in the House who did not hold Donald Trump accountable.

Here is a list of unethical cowards in the Republican Senate who refused to hold Donald Trump accountable. They are complicit in the riot, and with full knowledge before the trial even started that they would acquit Donald Trump. In other words, they committed perjury when they took their oath before the proceedings.

The Death of the Republican Party as We Know It

Don't be misled by Mitch McConnell's song and dance routine; he has no intention of holding Donald Trump accountable. Other than the few Republicans who have come out against the attempted coup, none of them will vote for impeachment.

The Republican Senate will not convict Donald Trump from the failed coup attempt on January 6, 2021. The Republican Party Americans once knew no longer exists. Its four year deterioration can be traced back to the corrupt Donald Trump, and the Republicans in both the Senate and House that enabled him. Trump is gone, yet the corruption continues.

Today’s Republican Party consists of far right extremists, white nationalists, insurrectionists, and Q-Anon members. These extremist groups are backed by Republican House members and the Republican Senate. Like Donald Trump, these groups would be no where without their help. The Republican Party now represents those who do not care about our democracy and our Constitution. Even worse, they could care less about the 5 lives lost during the insurrection perpetuated by Trump and themselves.

Today’s Republican Party consists of brain-washed Trump supporters, with no conscience or moral compass towards others. It is now a fringe party bathed in lunacy and corruption, with no regard for our democracy or the Constitution. Only ten House republicans voted for the certification of Joe Biden’s win in the election; all the others voted against it, including Kevin McCarthy, Mo Brooks, Matt Gaetz, Elise Stefanik, Steve Scalise, and Jim Jordan; a group that sold their souls a long time ago.

The Republican Senate and House are the poster child of Satan; not America - and most certainly not God. They are hate-filled liars, complicit in murder, vindictiveness and racism. They have one concern only and that is their own positions. They are continuously stirring up animus, and plotting schemes against their political rivals.

They do not care about you, and they do not care about this country. Other than the 10 Republican House members who voted to impeach Trump, all the others in essence ripped up our Constitution, and declared in null and void. Each and everyone one desecrated their oath of office.

Make no mistake – the depraved and decomposed Republican Senate will not vote to impeach Donald Trump. They are content to sell their souls to the lunatics and racists out there, as long as they can acquire their vote. There is no cost to high – even our very own democracy. They all refused to protect our Constitution by not taking a stand against this coup; as a matter of fact, they played a role in it. However, there is one thing the morally depraved Republican Senate and House members may have not considered; and that’s the impact January 6, 2021.

Five people died on that day as a result of the insurrection spurred on by Donald Trump at the U.S. Capitol. One police officer was bludgeoned to death by the insurrectionists, and others died from stresses brought on by the riot. In addition, two Capitol Hill police officers that were there on the day of the riot killed themselves. A few Republicans gave lip service to what happened, that was heartfelt – NOT. Their whole stance and disposition this whole time was to protect Donald Trump and blame the Democrats.

The fact that Kevin McCarthy is backing up mentally deranged representative, Marjorie Taylor Greene who spoke of shooting Nancy Pelosi straight between the eyes, lays bare the final trajectory of this decomposed, rotten, depraved party. If that does not tell you something, nothing will. In essence, they have chosen to justify evil to support their political views. Greene claimed Jews fired alien (as is visitors from outer space) produced lasers, resulting in the California wildfires. Need I say more.

The Republican Party is becoming known as the “wackadoodle” party. It has moved itself from the right, to the extreme far right and over the cliff. It has not only established its corruption over the past 4 years – it has now established itself as a nonsensical party ruled by greed and hate. It has lost credibility among its’ educated voters; although many racist, anti-democratic Republicans are willing to overlook that. However, that is not the case for everyone.

Some of corporate America has responded, and I really hope more companies will follow. I hope more Americans will begin to demand a return to normalcy, and a respect for our democracy in politics. It will begin to put pressure on the Republicans in the Senate and House to honor the oath they took to defend their constituents and Constitution. Americans must find out the major companies who are supporting those Republicans in the senate and house who were complicit in the raid on the capital, and demand accountability.

Don’t expect the Republican House and Senate to do the right thing. They are incapable of that. They are not there to represent the people who elected them in their districts – they are there for themselves. Their positions come before everything else; the American people, their oath of office, and any sense of honor or duty.

Countless have said most of them are afraid of Donald Trump; but I do not nor have I ever believed this was really true. If they were afraid of Trump, they would have impeached him for interfering with the election and the extortion of Ukraine’s president. They had ample opportunity to get rid of Trump early on, so it begs the question, “Why didn’t they do so?”

I will tell you why – Trump represents how they really feel, but they do not have the guts to come out say what they really believe. He speaks for them, while they remain cowering in the shadows. Trump is their “savior,” and they are his foot soldiers.

To the Republican House and Senate – there is no honor in playing the coward. Shame on you for making excuses for a failed coup attempt which resulted in the death of five Americans. You were complicit in what happened. Consequently, two more Capitol police officers committed suicide over the trauma of the riot. History will remember you - for not protecting our democracy, our election, and the Constitution. I know, you don’t care – that’s the problem.

Mike Lindell CEO of My Pillow Banned From Twitter & Retail

Update: Far right space cadet Mike Lindell goes spastic on Newsmax - to the point Newsmax's anchor Bob Sellers walked off during his mentally deranged diatribe. Lindell repeatedly shouted over the anchor's statements to the point it became a shouting match. Now it's bad when you're considered too far out that even Newsmax considers you're unhinged. Lindell lamented and shouted "You have just suppressed me." If only that was true. Lindell, try yer own pillow - the one that releases oleander.

The illustrious, ever so clandestine Mike Lindell, with his overstuffed ego and pillows has been banned from Twitter. Ah, the spirit of hate can be so venomous; it can easily overtake common sense. In this case it further eroded the entrepreneurial faculties of a prominent business man, and displayed to the world his contempt for our democracy and Constitution.

Not too smart Lindell; now the world knows you are a far-right extremist in  the new and unimproved Republican Party. You’ve been exposed, which you deserve, but you do fit in today’s extremist Republican Party. It will however, have a negative impact on your business, and an indelible mark on your “lack of credibility.”

So Lindell…Being true to form and just as greedy and depraved as Donald Trump, you tried capitalize off the coronavirus pandemic. Now let me see; if I recall you designed a self-farting pillow that sends a whiff of oleander in the air which you asserted would aid and combat the coronavirus.

Yeah, you and Donald Trump might had came up with that one together, after his plan for Hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid failed. Your pillow has always been– well, just a pillow. Although, in all fairness I know a few people who bought it and liked it for some reason, but I know of those who did not – I guess that’s all in the power of persuasion…

I am glad some major retailers had the integrity and respect our Constitution and democracy to pull his pillow from their stores. Props to Bed, Bath, & Beyond, Khol’s,  Wayfair and others. Twitter cancelled Lindell’s account for repeatedly violating its’ Civic Integrity Policy. Mike Lindell called the attack on the U.S. Capitol “very peaceful” – you know the riot that resulted in the death of 5 people; including the murder of a Capitol police officer. Yeah, that was a very peaceful …What a degrading, disgusting remark.

I hope all major corporations will stop the selling of My Pillow in their stores. I am also asking for corporations to withdraw their support of Republican House Representatives and those in the Republican Senate who refuse to hold Donald Trump responsible for this riot. Money and votes are the only two things that matter to these Republicans who have forsaken our democracy – they have truly betrayed the American people and our Constitution. They have committed a grave disservice to our country, and I personally believe America will never be the same again.

The anti-democratic (as in democracy) Mike Lindell has revealed glimpses of his position in the past, so he has made himself known to some extent. But his extremism and anti-Constitutionalism really made itself known after January 6. But Lindell is a citizen, and has not taken a Constitutional oath to America like his fellow Republicans in politics.

The Republican House who voted against the impeachment of Trump, and the 45 Republican senators spawned by con man Rand Paul, once took an oath they clearly violated. They have turned their heads from an insurrection incited by former president, Donald J. Trump. Each and every one of them discarded their oath. They are more culpable than Lindell, and they lied under oath to carry out their official duties as elected by the American people. They are unethical and morally bankrupt.

They all in one form or another participated in the coup that took place on January 6, 2021. The blood of five Americans will forever be stained on their hands. They are also complicit in the death of two Capitol officers who committed suicide after the incident. The Republican Senate and the Republican House have dealt a fatal blow to our democracy. They are all shameless and not worthy of holding any political office ever again. Not if you want to preserve our democracy and keep Americans safe…

Extremists and White Evangelicals Are Confused About Who is Their God

Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness.  Anyone who loves their brother and sister lives in the light, and there is nothing in them to make them stumble.  But anyone who hates a brother or sister is in the darkness and walks around in the darkness. They do not know where they are going, because the darkness has blinded them. 1 John 2:9-11

I wonder at times how God feels when He sees all the hatred in the world. Surely, it must drive a knife straight into the heart of Jesus Christ. Isaiah was so right; our Savior was a man of sorrows, yet that sorrow persists even today. How He most grieve over our hate, and our unwillingness to face the ugly truth. God sacrificed so much for us, yet we are not willing to do this one simple thing He requested - to love one another. Why is that so hard?

You might wonder what do the title above mean. Extremist and white evangelicals who rallied at the Capitol on January 6, have their god confused with someone else. I do not recognize this “Jesus” they have written on their signs when they raided and vandalized the U.S. Capitol. Their “Jesus” is nowhere to be found in God’s Word. But their god unbeknownst to them is in the Bible, and he is the god of this world - Satan.

Don’t thinks so? Read the verse under the title again. There you will find the answer to how God see all of this. It is His words – not mine. Satan is the god of darkness, and what happened at the Capitol was not carried out in the light – it emanated from a spirit of hate. God says even more...

Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.1 John 4:20

I’m sorry, but I must come out and say it - any mentally sound person knows the presidential election was not rigged or stolen. There is no mass conspiracy in America – there are only overwhelming facts that clearly establish Joe Biden won the election. For those who truly believe it was rigged – it is only because you want to believe this based on Donald Trump’s lie. There is not a shred of evidence the election was tampered with - even many people who voted for Trump affirmed this fact.

Donald Trump lied to America because he believed through the use of force he could turn the election in his favor. The past 4 years Trump has lied literally thousands of times and violated our Constitution repeatedly. Taking the low road always worked for him - until now. Donald Trump is not a democratic leader at heart; he was attempting to establish an autocratic role in order to stay in power. He would have not been the first by any means; Putin, Assad, Hitler, Stalin, Hussein, and others have accomplished what Trump was trying to do.

Don’t you think after 60 federal court cases that some merit would have been found in at least one of his cases about the election being fraudulent? A good number of the federal judges who presided over these cases were actually appointed by Donald Trump. Even the three justices Trump appointed to Supreme Court threw out his case, because there is no credibility or evidence to suggest voter fraud. This is solely the case of an immoral loser who desires to stay in power at all cost – even at the expense of human life and the destruction of our country.

But if you take a closer look at the photos and videos of the crowd on that day at the Capitol, something starts to become more apparent. And that “something” is really what this whole thing is about. What is the driving force behind this movement, if it is not just the election in and of itself? Quite simply, it is the spirit of hate

This racist spirit in America has been brewing long before the riot of January 6 - actually for well over 200 years. Donald Trump however, revived and reinvigorated white nationalism. White evangelicals can whitewash this all they want, but this is the core element – the driving force behind this movement. It is racism; a disdain and resentment for other races God has created. They share the same contempt that  Donald Trump has for other races. This is the catalyst uniting white evangelicals with right-wing extremists.

I can't say all white evangelicals are racist; I'm sure there are some who are not. Unfortunately, however, I personally believe the majority are. You have some white liberals who are racist too, and don't even realize it; but their numbers pale in comparison to conservatives. How have I come to this conclusion you might ask? It was very easy. What a person is like on the inside ultimately manifest on the outside in one way or another.

Donald Trump took advantage of this, and senators like Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, and most Republicans in the House did as well. Donald Trump is a master at manipulating others; it is how he became so successful. He is a pathological liar from a clinical sense, and has no conscience to tug at him when he does wrong or evil things. Trump believed just by repeating the lie the election was rigged over and over again, that his supporters would take his word at face value. They did.

If you recall, Trump was proclaiming the very same thing all the way up to Election Day in 2016. After he found out he had won, he turned around and said, “I guess the election wasn’t rigged after all.” But during that campaign he said the election was rigged every day until he finally won. As far as 2020 - the facts, votes, recounts, rechecks, and court cases all validate Trump lost the election.

Trump supporters have simply ignored the facts in an effort to keep their racist leader in power. What is even more tragic is they fail to realize Trump thinks very little of them – their lives are meaningless to him other than their support and money to keep him in power. The “Stop the Steal” campaign has brought in big bucks for Trump – far more than his election campaign ever did. Unlike an official campaign, he is free to do whatever he wants with the money.

It is ironic Donald Trump has insulted his base repeatedly, yet they still keep following him. He has mocked, mimicked, and made fun of evangelicals behind their backs. A former aide to Mike Pence heard Trump say, he did not want to shake the “disgusting hands” of those who are in his base. So why are these people still following him? Why are they ignoring and dismissing the derogatory comments he has made about them?

The answer is he shares their same spirit of hate. What drives the extremist and white evangelicals together is their racism. Hate is a strong motivator. That is at the heart of the issue, and it is paramount over anything else in their lives. Donald Trump’s white nationalist disposition is the antecedent variable. His base and white evangelicals must not have read the memo (a.k.a Bible); that it is impossible to hate others and have Jesus as Lord over your life.

If you hate other races or elevate yourself over them, then Satan is in control of your life. White evangelical supporters of Trump window dress their hate, and try to present it as something else; often cloaked as so-called “conservative values.” Jesus is not impressed, nor is He fooled by them. The rest of Trump’s base is more overt in their hatred – for them there’s no pretense involved.

When you think of Jesus Christ and what He stands for the answer is very easy – love. There are other negative forces that are powerful such as greed, lust, jealousy – but the grandest one of all for the god of this world is hate. Hate blinds others to truth. It is not based on facts – it is a spiritual force fueled and empowered by the hounds of hell.

Hate is diabolical to nature of God. You cannot have a true relationship with Jesus Christ if you are ruled by hate. If this is the case, your relationship is with Satan. Hate is where Satan lives – it is where his essence thrives. If you espouse hate in your heart, then you walk in darkness. Anything you say or do is meaningless in life if you are consumed with hate. No prayers, no words, no actions from those who hate will exonerate anyone in the eyes of God.

It is sad there are those who despise the races God created; and yet elevate themselves by believing their own race is superior. It is shameful and deplorable if you believe God feels that way. How audacious can one be to believe his or her race is more valuable than another? Did Jesus elevated himself over the people in His community? The answer is no. Again, I don’t know the “Jesus” whose name was paraded on signs at the riot at the Capitol last week, and I don’t want to know him.

It’s no wonder so many in this world don’t believe in Jesus Christ, with so many poor representations of Him out there. We have rules and customs which we falsely assume are the essence of Him, and convince ourselves by obliging them that somehow we are okay. Many do not know the true heart of Jesus Christ or have a real relationship with Him. This makes it so much easier for extremists and white evangelicals to rationalize and maintain their hate because they have become alienated from Jesus without ever realizing it.

“These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.” Matthew 15:8-9

Donald Trump from the very beginning enticed his supporters with an “us versus them” mentality. That struck a chord with his base and white evangelicals, and he has seized the opportunity in the past 4 years to promote division. His purpose was to secure votes by appealing to niche groups; in this case his base and white evangelicals. He has lied repeatedly to them, just as he is lying about losing the election.

By the way, the New York Times wrote an article on how white evangelicals and extremist have gravitated towards each other because of Trump Here’s a link to it below:

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/11/us/how-white-evangelical-christians-fused-with-trump-extremism.html

Donald Trump simply sprinkle Jesus’ name over racist rhetoric to draw in evangelical support and for the most part it has worked. The white nationalist does not require any special seasoning. Trump has mocked God repeatedly and prostitutes His name in an effort to gain financial support and votes from his supporters. His strategy worked.

The hallmarks of Donald Trump are strife, hate, lies, corruption, darkness, and division. I can say without hesitation that Donald Trump’s life is clearly ruled by Satan. If you were a part of this movement at the Capitol on January 6, care to wager who is lord over your life? Besides Trump, I mean…

The truth of the matter, it is very easy for one to determine which god is in control of his or her life. The whole essence of Jesus Christ is love – the whole essence of Satan is hate. To fear the LORD is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech. Proverbs 8:13 Of course, none of us are perfect and all of us sin; but I’m talking about something far deeper than that.

Hate is a state of being – it is the antithesis of Jesus. The spirit of hate has no honor, and does not require telling the truth. It does not require facts or reasoning. When you use God’s name to hide behind evil, do you realize that is blasphemy? If you have hate in your heart, no matter how hard you try to disguise it, in the end it will catch up to you. If you die hating, you will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Don’t take my word for it…

Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him. 1 John 3:15

Donald Trump’s deliberate and false accusation the election was rigged has torn our nation apart. But he does not care; he’s never cared about America, his supporters, or anyone else for that matter. He only cares about himself – it is how a textbook sociopath operates. He has left America in shambles, and has divided our country possibly beyond repair. What he has done is reprehensible and depraved.

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 1 John 4:7-8

Don’t kid yourself that Donald Trump is the first leader who has lied about the truth, and succeeded in his lie. He is not alone in going to extremes. Donald Trump had no problem destroying our country, simply for his own self-centered need to retain the presidency. But then again, this whole thing is not just about the election – it is way more. He knows this, and he has used this to his advantage.

Simply because someone repeats something over and over again, does not make it true. There is only one thing I know of that would supersede hard core facts, and it is the spirit of hate. It is the “R” word – racism. Donald Trump has become the Republican Party's “White Savior.”

Donald Trump does not care what his lie cost, and the price has been catastrophic. His lie, and the senators and representatives that supported him in his attempted coup, were complicit in the death of five Americans from the riot at the Capitol. It is amazing how people can idolize and worship a single individual to the point they throw out all reason and the facts.

Let’s just keep it real here - people are drawn to Donald Trump because of his spirit of hate and racism. Racists recognize when others feel the same way, sort of like an inner antenna. It’s something like how when one pothead recognize another. This is ultimately how white nationalist have amalgamated with white evangelicals.

There was once an event in world history concerning those who had similar motives akin to Trump’s - they went to extremes as well. Their primary concern like Trump, was being able to hold on to their power at all cost. Intense hatred was involved too; however it was not racial hatred. What happened was even more significant than Trump’s scheme, but I share this to demonstrate how far people are willing to follow a “leader.”I will tell you a few lines of the story, nah, I will let someone else do it – his name is Matthew.

Those who had arrested Jesus took him to Caiaphas the high priest, where the teachers of the law and the elders had assembled. But Peter followed him at a distance, right up to the courtyard of the high priest. He entered and sat down with the guards to see the outcome.

The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for false evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death. But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. Matthew 26:57-59

In a nutshell, the Jewish leadership perceived Jesus as a threat to their positions and authority. Caiaphas and others in the Sanhedrin went to Pontius Pilate (Emperor of Rome) and requested Jesus be arrested. The Jewish leadership also influenced those in the community to ask Pilate to release Barabbas instead, and crucify Jesus. Pilate told the crowd he could not find anything Jesus had done, but the crowd became adamant He be crucified.

The motive among Caiaphas and other leaders in the community was primarily the fear of losing their power. To Donald Trump power means everything. They, like Trump, were jealous and self-serving. They did not care what it cost. People are just as impressionable now as they were then. The crowd did not bother to determine if Jesus had actually committed a crime. They were cajoled by Jewish leadership in the community and that was good enough for them.

Today’s crowd consists of white evangelical supporters and the white extremists in Trump’s base. They are not alone. There are Republican House and Senators who are even more culpable than they are. They have forsaken our Constitution and democracy.

In the history of America, we have never had a president of the United States incite a riot – right before our very eyes. Not only his supporters did as he directed; they actually killed a police officer, and vandalized the Capitol significantly. Five people in total died January 6, 2021 from the riot Donald Trump incited and encouraged.

Again, before Jesus Christ was crucified, the crowd took a firm stand against Him at the behest of their leaders. But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed. Matthew 27: 20 Paradoxically, today’s crowd consist of white evangelicals and Trump’s base that have united under their reinvented hate-filled "Jesus." Just as the crowd 2,000 years ago, they too stand against Jesus Christ - the Son of God, and all He has ever stood for.

He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. John1:10.

We still do not know Him.

Only Ten House Republicans Were Willing to Put Our Democracy First

The New Face of the Republican Party

All but ten House Republicans aligned themselves with the insurrectionists who falsely claim the election was stolen and fraudulent. They intentionally sought to overthrow the the will of the American people and our government. They and the rioters have well earned the title of "Extremist."

I wondered if any Republican House members would take a stand for our democracy and Constitution. Only ten representatives voted to impeach Donald J. Trump for inciting insurrection in an effort to overthrow our government. All of the other representatives put Donald Trump first, over our own democracy and country. They are as much a part of the coup as those who rioted at the Capitol.

First, here is the small list of Republican representatives who upheld their oath of office and put the safety of the American people and democracy first:

Rep. Dan Newhouse of Washington

Rep. John Katko of New York

Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler of Washington

Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois

Rep. Fred Upton of Michigan

Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming

Rep. Peter Meijer of Michigan

Rep. Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio

Rep. Tom Rice of South Carolina

Rep. David Valadao of California

Now, onto the Republican House representatives who tried to abort the will of the American people, and played a role in the attempt to overthrow our government…

I am calling on all corporations to stop funding the representatives who were complicit with the uprising against our country on January 6, 2021. I am asking Americans who value their votes to boycott those corporations who continue to support the Republicans listed at the end of this blog post. They unequivocally placed their own desires and agenda first to the detriment to the American people and our democracy.

They voted against impeaching Donald Trump; despite a plethora of videos, audio, and photos of the riot he incited. Each and every one of these House Republicans know without a doubt the election was not rigged. Many of those who attested the election was valid were Republicans Trump appointed. Their false assertions fueled the insurrection, and it has placed the safety our entire country in peril.

Donald Trump’s second impeachment was about deliberately inciting a riot and insurrection. After all, 2 weeks ago before the riot occurred, he said it was going to be a wild time in Washington on January 6. There is now an investigation into three Republican Congressmen, who may have assisted in the uprising.

Then you have Rudolph Giuliani who called on to Trump supporters to engage in “mortal combat.” When Trump spoke to his supporters, he urged them to go over to the Capitol and “raise hell.” Indeed, that is exactly what they did and then some.

The American people voted November 3, 2020, and any sane person knows our election was fair and was without fraud. President George W. Bush, Vice-President Cheney, and every one of our political leaders know the election was sound and fair. The Supreme Court knows it. Over sixty federal courts knows it.

Congressional Republicans know full well there was no fraud in the election, and in their depravity they incited Trump supporters by declaring the election was rigged. They just as well could have walked hand in hand with the rioters up to Capitol and they are as just as guilty. History will be their judge – as will God.

Too bad extremist Jim Jordan did not have the same passion he had for protecting the rioters and Trump, for the young college boys he knew were being molested at Ohio State. Hate-filled extremist Elise Stefanik was ousted by Harvard University, who recognized she was not fit or credible to serve on their board. They did not want any part of someone who had betrayed the American people and our democracy. Harvard made the right and ethical decision.

Extremist Mo Brooks quipped on Twitter “I defend my honor and my reputation.” No, I don’t think so. Brooks, you have no honor, and history will note you as being part of the coup d’eat, as Stefanik, Jordon, and all the other Republicans who voted against protecting our democracy. Mo Brooks is actually one of the three congressmen being investigated as being instrumental behind the insurrection.

I hope donors will consider withdrawing their financial support from all the representatives that participate in this attempt at the behest of our own president to overthrow the government. They had a critical role in the uprising by perpetuating the false idea the election was rigged. Like the rioters, they have the blood of five people on their hands. They are just as culpable as those who rushed inside the capital and share as much blame behind those who were killed.

They are as un-American as one can get, and they should all resign. Every one of them fought to negate legitimate votes by the American people, and they know it. Every one of them is complicit in the riot and played a role in it. Every single one of them violated their oath of office and they are not fit to represent America in any capacity. Not just the rioters are extremists – those on the list below are extremists as well, by making a concerted effort to undermine our election and overthrow our government.

Every representative on the list below was willing to undo the votes of the American people at the behest of a corrupt and self-serving president. They have well earned the title of extremistbecause anyone who is willing to participate in a scheme to prevent a newly elected president from securing the office is participating in an effort to overthrow our government. Each of the representatives below have shown they will at any cost, place their positions first over every single American.

By going along with Trump's false election rhetoric, these Republican representatives fought to subvert the will of the American people. Their actions discounted every American voter with the full knowledge that the election was not fraudulent. They have done a grave disservice to our democracy, and I personally do not believe our country will ever be the same again. They have clearly violated their oath of office and they are not fit to represent America. The American people should call on each and very one of them to resign.

Twitter is Not Obligated to Donald J. Trump

"After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence." Twitter

Twitter is not beholding to anyone; not Donald Trump, you, or myself.  Unlike the erroneous claim by Republican Senator Marc Rubio that Twitter should had not terminated Donald Trump’s account, Twitter has every right to do so. Trump clearly violated their terms of service and I applaud them for taking a stand against hate and incitement.

Twitter is a company who makes money for profit - it is not a government institution. It’s not a public domain “free for all.” It is not for everyone to do as he or she pleases at the expense of public safety. Donald Trump nor his offspring have in roads to Twitter – they are not exempt from inciting riots at the expense of our democracy. Twitter has every legal right to expect their users abide by their terms, and if not, suspend their accounts accordingly.

There is no violation of free speech involved in this instance whatsoever. Donald Trump does and most assuredly continues his hate rhetoric wherever and whenever possible. Most businesses and organizations require those who patronize their business abide by the rules specified when either signing up or partaking in their services.

For example, most restaurants post shirt and shoes required signs when entering their premises. Are we to surmise a man can enter only with his underwear on because the sign did not specify pants or shorts? No, he has no right to do so.

Instead of Rubio being concerned about the riot incited by Donald Trump, he is focused on Trump’s twitter account being suspended. I’ve said this all along; Trump says what racist Republicans fear to say themselves. Trump’s Twitter account should has been suspended a long time ago, as well as his Facebook account. Today, Facebook announced that any post regarding the “Stop the Steal” lie propagated by Trump will be moved from their site.

You can thank the Republican Party partly for Trump erroneous thinking – they had the biggest hand in supporting this evil monster for the past  four years. Even now after the death of 5 individuals they do not want to implement the 25th Amendment against this unhinged, psychotic president. If something happens and others are hurt or killed from now until the inauguration as a result of Trump – just remember the Republican Party refused to take any steps to protect Americans.

The worst president in American history believes he is beyond reproach and the law – but he is not. Corporations are not liable to provide you services when you violate their policies or terms of usage. Trump does not have an unalienable right to Twitter or any other social media platform. None of us do. These are corporations and they have the right to establish what they deem as appropriate for the goods and services they offer.

False Rhetoric From Trump, Cruz, and Hawley Ultimately Paves the Way to Five Deaths

The false claims about the election being rigged finally resulted in what I feared the most. As of today, five people have died as a result of Trump urging supporters to come to Washington to fight literally over the election results. Their deaths are a direct result from Trump’s incendiary speech on January 6; but Trump does not stand alone in his culpability. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley have been proclaiming the very same rhetoric that the election was stolen, when in fact there is absolutely no evidence this is the case.

Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and everyone one who voted against certifying the electoral votes are just as responsible as Donald Trump for the lives lost from this riot at the Capitol. They have parroted with passion the same baseless lies about the election being rigged as Donald Trump, day after day. The only difference was they were not physically present when Trump went out to speak to his enamored supporters; while they were inside the Capitol proclaiming the very same falsehoods they knew were not true.

Everyone knows the election was not rigged other than those in Trump’s hard core base. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley know – but they wanted to capture Trump’s base support for their own future political endeavors. That holds true for all of those in Congress who voted against the results. Each and every one of them violated their oath of office by voting against the election results.

Their malevolence and greed ultimately resulted in the loss of life for 5 individuals; one being a Capitol Hill police officer who was not participating in the riot. Trump knew he lost the election November 3, but figured if he squawked out the election was stolen over and over again, that people will come to believe it. In time as his psychosis has deepened with the support of his enablers, Trump has become even more determined.

One man who died from the riot was U.S. Capitol police officer Brian D. Sicknick. He woke up Wednesday January 6, like any other morning and went to work at the Capitol. Through no fault of his own his life was stolen by a mob of angry Trump rioters, who were encouraged by our president to make it a “wild day.” Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Josh Hawley, and all the senators and representatives who voted not to certify the election were complicit with the rioters. Trump, Cruz, and Hawley’s hands are covered with the blood of Officer Brian D. Sicknick.

Four other people died during the coup - I prefer to call it a coup because their effort was to keep President Elect Joe Biden from taking office. In essence, the goal was to overthrow the government. One woman, 35 year old Ashil Babbit was shot by police during the riot. Three other individuals Benjamin Phillips age 50, Kevin Greeson, 55, and Rosanne Boylan, 34 died during the riot.

Although it has not been specified what caused their deaths, my guess it is likely due to the crown stampeding into the capital. Their own actions appeared to perpetuate their deaths, but they do not share the responsibility alone. Donald J. Trump, Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Josh Hawley, and all who voted against certifying the election results had a hand in the death of these 5 people. Make no mistake – their verbiage incited the rioters even before they got to Washington.

Sen. John Danforth, who was instrumental in getting Hawley elected, was extremely disappointed in his once protégé. "Supporting Josh and trying so hard to get him elected to the Senate was the worst mistake I ever made in my life. Yesterday was the physical culmination of the long attempt ... to foment a lack of public confidence in our democratic system."

Hawley has sustained several hits to his wallet in his efforts to overthrow the will of the American people in the coup attempt. Simon & Schuster scraped his upcoming book. They issued the following statement; "After witnessing the disturbing, deadly insurrection that took place on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., Simon & Schuster has decided to cancel publication of Senator Josh Hawley's forthcoming book," "We did not come to this decision lightly."

Now Trump, Cruz, and Hawley want to distance themselves from what happened. Ted Cruz had the audacity to chide Trump for inciting the riot, when he has been instrumental in preparing the groundwork for it since the election. Somehow these three claimed the election was rigged before the election happened.

Don’t separate Cruz and Hawley from Trump; all three of them created this blatant lie that has torn our democracy apart. No Mr. Cruz, you and Hawley were right with Donald Trump all along; just as surely as standing right by Trump's side to incite the rioters. And that goes for the others who refused to certify the election; they all knew the election was secure. This lie has come at a heavy price; the loss of life, and the loss of faith in our democracy.

Republican Senate Once Again Sends Message America is Not Worth Fighting For
